You’ve Never Eaten Fruit Like This Before: Fruit Roll-Ups!
09.09.2022 17:51 UhrWhen we were kids, we always loved edible paper – not necessarily because it tasted so good, but because it felt like paper and melted in your mouth. Today we’re going to show you how to make the adult version of it, Fruit Roll-Ups. And unlike edible paper, the Rolls taste great as well, and really fruity!
Here’s what you’ll need
2 Mangoes (or another fruit of your choice in appropriate amounts for the puree).
And here’s how!
Cut the mangoes into cubes and process in a food processor to a puree, which you spread on baking paper to a thin, smooth layer.
Dry in the oven at about 180 degrees (this will take about 5 hours); then let cool to room temperature.
Cut the dough into 2 sq. in. squares and roll it in baking paper, securing it with tape.
