After all, one Christmas message from the Bible to &#8220;Scrooged&#8221; is that you should always carry Christmas in your heart.<\/p>\n<p>So we hope you&#8217;ll enjoy our recipe for gingerbread cupcakes all year round! <\/p>\n<h2> What you need <\/h2>\n<p>7 oz flour<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon baking soda<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon baking powder<br \/>\n2 teaspoons ground ginger<br \/>\n1 teaspoon ground cinnamon<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg<br \/>\n1\/4 teaspoon ground cloves<br \/>\n1\/4 teaspoon salt<br \/>\n4,5 oz unsulphured molasses<br \/>\n4 fl oz buttermilk<br \/>\n3,5 oz brown sugar<br \/>\n3,5 oz g butter<br \/>\n1 teaspoon vanilla extract<br \/>\n2 eggs<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the cream cheese frosting<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>8 oz cream cheese<br \/>\n3,5 oz butter<br \/>\n15 oz powdered sugar<br \/>\n1 teaspoon vanilla extract<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon cinnamon<br \/>\nA pinch of salt<\/p>\n<h2> And here&#8217;s how <\/h2>\n<p>Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.<\/p>\n<p>Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices, then in a second bowl, whisk together the buttermilk and molasses.<\/p>\n<p>Cream the butter and brown sugar in a separate bowl, then beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.<\/p>\n<p>Divide the batter evenly among 12 muffin cups and bake for 15-18 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the cream cheese frosting<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth, gradually beat in the powdered sugar.<\/p>\n<p>Stir in the vanilla and salt.<\/p>\n<p>Pour into a perforated nozzle and decorate the cupcakes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do you feel like enjoying our gingerbread cookies in the summer?
