And then there are those dishes that you would expect to taste awful, but then surprise you in a positive way. That&#8217;s probably how it is in this case, because when you hear \u201clasagna soup\u201d, at first you wouldn&#8217;t believe it&#8217;s any good. But we are sure that you will love our culinary idea!<\/p>\n<h2> What you need <\/h2>\n<p>2 lb minced meat<br \/>\n1 jar of pasta sauce<br \/>\n1 tablespoon oil<br \/>\n1 large onion, diced<br \/>\n1 tablespoon minced garlic<br \/>\n1 heaped tablespoon of Italian seasoning<br \/>\n2 teaspoons pepper<br \/>\n2 teaspoons salt<br \/>\n4 cups beef broth<br \/>\n1 can of strained tomatoes<br \/>\n1 lb Mafalda pasta<br \/>\n1\/2 cup of whipped cream<br \/>\n7 oz mozzarella cheese, crumbled<br \/>\n7 oz gratin cheese, grated<br \/>\nparsley to taste<\/p>\n<h2>And here&#8217;s how <\/h2>\n<p>Saut\u00e9 the onions in the oil, then add the garlic and saut\u00e9 briefly as well.<\/p>\n<p>Add the ground beef as well as Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p>Stir in the pasta sauce, 4 cups of beef broth and the strained tomatoes.<\/p>\n<p>Add the mafalda pasta and simmer the soup for about 8 minutes, until the pasta is al dente.<\/p>\n<p>Add the cream, mozzarella and cheese and stir to combine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How do you like our lasagna soup?
