However, they are usually not at all ideal as a snack. Or when was the last time you relaxed on the couch and watched Netflix with a piece of Black Forest cake? But luckily there are Quarkb\u00e4llchen for that! Sweet dough treats that not only taste delicious, but also fill you up &#8211; and you can&#8217;t get enough of them. You can easily prepare these little delights yourself at home. We&#8217;ll show you how it&#8217;s done!<\/p>\n<h2> What you need <\/h2>\n<p>9 oz curd (20% fat)<br \/>\n4,5 oz sugar<br \/>\n9 oz wheat flour<br \/>\n1 pck. baking powder<br \/>\n2 pck. vanilla sugar<br \/>\n3 eggs<br \/>\n33 fl oz of frying fat<br \/>\n5,5 oz sugar for the glaze<br \/>\ncinnamon to taste<\/p>\n<h2> And here&#8217;s how! <\/h2>\n<p>Mix the flour with the baking powder, vanilla sugar and sugar.<\/p>\n<p>Whisk the curd with the eggs, then add the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.<\/p>\n<p>Heat the frying fat in a pot to 350 degrees.<\/p>\n<p>Form the dough into balls (works best with an ice cream scoop), place in the fat and let fry for about 6 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Fish out the quark balls with a skimmer and then roll them in sugar, optionally sprinkle with cinnamon.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How do you like our homemade Quarkb\u00e4llchen?
