It is hardly nutritious, satisfies only superficially (or simply stuffs the stomach), and on top of that it is expensive. But even at the diner, between burgers and pizza, there has been a tasty alternative for decades: grilled chicken! If you want to know how you can prepare this delicacy at home so that it is crispy on the one hand, but not dry on the other, then we have the right recipe for you here: Roast chicken like in the old days, prepared at home!<\/p>\n<h2> What you need <\/h2>\n<p>1 whole chicken<\/p>\n<p>For the seasoning mixture:<br \/>\n3 tablespoons hot paprika powder<br \/>\n1 teaspoon curry powder<br \/>\n2 teaspoons salt<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon pepper<br \/>\n5 tablespoons oil <\/p>\n<h2> And here&#8217;s how!    <\/h2>\n<p>Wash the chicken under running water.<\/p>\n<p>Tie the legs together with a piece of string.<\/p>\n<p>Mix the paprika powder, curry powder, salt and pepper with the oil and coat the chicken with the spice mixture.<\/p>\n<p>Place the chicken in the oven, preferably with a skewer, so that it gets evenly golden brown on all sides.<\/p>\n<p>Cook at 350 degrees for 1 &#8211; 1 1\/2 hours; when only colorless liquid comes out when pierced, the chicken is done.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How do you like our classic roast chicken?
