If you fancy some classic home cooking, but only want to cook for 2 instead of 20, here&#8217;s the perfect recipe!<\/p>\n<h2> What you need <\/h2>\n<p>4 pork loin chops<br \/>\nSalt<br \/>\nFreshly ground black pepper<br \/>\n1 tablespoon freshly chopped rosemary<br \/>\n2 cloves of garlic, minced<br \/>\n1\/2 cup butter, melted<br \/>\n1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil<\/p>\n<h2> And here&#8217;s how! <\/h2>\n<p>Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Season the pork chops liberally with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p>In a small bowl, combine butter, rosemary and garlic. Set aside.<\/p>\n<p>In a skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil and then add the pork chops. <\/p>\n<p>Sear for 4 minutes until golden brown, turn over and fry for another 4 minutes. Brush the chops generously with garlic butter.<\/p>\n<p>Place the pan in the oven and cook the chops for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How do you like our chops for two?
