Of course, ice cream was in pole position. Back then, we didn&#8217;t really care what was in it, and especially in the 80s and 90s, they didn&#8217;t exactly skimp on flavor enhancers and other unhealthy ingredients. Today, as adults, we care about what we eat &#8211; but it can still be sweet and uncomplicated. Fortunately, you can make your own ice cream without too much trouble. You don&#8217;t need any additives or complicated procedures, just two ingredients. We&#8217;ll show you how it&#8217;s done!<\/p>\n<h2> What you need <\/h2>\n<p>2 cups (16 oz) of whipped cream<br \/>\n1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk<br \/>\n1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)<\/p>\n<h2> And here&#8217;s how! <\/h2>\n<p>Whip the cold cream with a hand mixer or stand mixer until soft peaks form.<\/p>\n<p>Add the cold condensed milk to the whipped cream and beat until the mixture thickens. <\/p>\n<p>Finally, stir in the vanilla extract (optional).<\/p>\n<p><strong>What do you think of our simple ice cream recipe?
