So was wie salzige Schokolade war uns dagegen ein Graus! Eine Ausnahme gab es allerdings: &#8220;Himmel und Erde&#8221;! Was aber auch daran lag, dass die komische Mischung aus \u00c4pfeln und Kartoffelbrei einfach viel besser zusammenpasste, als es den Anschein macht. Wir verraten euch heute, wie ihr das traditionelle deutsche Gericht selbst kocht &#8211; es ist wirklich super simpel!<\/p>\n<h2> Das braucht ihr <\/h2>\n<p>500 g Kartoffeln<br \/>\n500 g \u00c4pfel<br \/>\n2 Teel\u00f6ffel Butter<br \/>\nMuskat, Salz und Pfeffer nach Geschmack<\/p>\n<h2> Und so geht&#8217;s! <\/h2>\n<p>Die \u00c4pfel und die Kartoffeln sch\u00e4len, klein schneiden und in Wasser weichkochen, ca. 15 Minuten.<\/p>\n<p>Beides zu Brei stampfen und glatt r\u00fchren.  <\/p>\n<p>Die Butter hinzugeben und nach Belieben w\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>War &#8220;Himmel und Erde&#8221; fr\u00fcher auch euer Lieblingsgericht?
