To the latter category belongs the asparagus soup recipe that we would like to reveal to you today.<\/p>\n<h2> What you need <\/h2>\n<p>2 lb green asparagus<br \/>\n3 onions<br \/>\n20 fl.oz. water<br \/>\n2 tablespoons sugar<br \/>\n2 tablespoons salt<br \/>\n3.5 oz butter<br \/>\n2 tablespoons flour<br \/>\n6 fl.oz. white wine<br \/>\n6 fl.oz. cream<br \/>\nchives (for garnish)<br \/>\nwhite pepper<br \/>\nsalt<\/p>\n<h2> And here&#8217;s how! <\/h2>\n<p>Cut off the ends of the asparagus, peel it and cook it with plenty of salt; set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the sliced onions and add the flour and then the white wine to the simmering broth.  <\/p>\n<p>Now cut the asparagus and add it to the pot.<\/p>\n<p>Add salt and pepper and then stir in the cream.<\/p>\n<p>Chop the asparagus with a hand blender and mix everything well.<\/p>\n<p>Serve with some chives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How do you like our asparagus soup according to grandma&#8217;s recipe?
