While we can quickly stir the latter together with a hangover and half-closed eyes, most people serve omelettes when they want to eat a rich and good breakfast. And often it involves a lot more than the usual onions in the pan, from peppers to courgettes. But you&#8217;ve probably never had an omelette like the one we&#8217;re showing you today! Here&#8217;s our recipe for &#8220;Omelette 2.0&#8221;!<\/p>\n<h2> What you need <\/h2>\n<p>3 eggs<br \/>\n1 bag of chips (only salted)<br \/>\n1 tomato<br \/>\n3 mushrooms<br \/>\n1 pepper<br \/>\n1 bunch of parsley<br \/>\nSalt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n<h2>And here&#8217;s how! <\/h2>\n<p>Crack the eggs over a bowl, then add the crumbled chips and mix.<\/p>\n<p>Chop the tomato, mushrooms, peppers and parsley and add to the bowl.<\/p>\n<p>Mix everything well and season with salt and pepper to taste.<\/p>\n<p>Pour the mixture into the empty chip bag, seal it and place it in a pot of boiling water for a few minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Squeeze the finished omelette out of the bag and serve.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How do you like our special omelette?
