Forget Mett Hedgehogs: Here’s Is How To Make A Mett Easter Nest!

In our youth, Mett hedgehogs were the culinary party gag par excellence – but also pretty much the best thing you could eat to counterbalance all the booze *ahem*. Of course, it doesn’t always have to be the classic hedgehog. How about a seasonal Mett Easter nest? The preparation is very simple. We show you what you need and how easy it is to conjure up such a nest!

What you need

2 lb of minced meat
1-2 packages of pretzel sticks

For the filling:
4 onions
A handful of olives
Salt and pepper to taste

And here’s how!

Chop two onions and mix them into the mince with salt and pepper.

Form the mince into a wreath on a board or plate.

Fill the hole in the center with the remaining chopped onions.

Cut salt sticks into thirds and put into the ring of mince.

Place olives in the center as eggs.
