Here’s How To Make Juicy Meatballs The Way Grandma Made Them!

It’s amazing that meatballs taste so different depending on how they’re made – after all, it only takes a handful of ingredients. Nevertheless, pretty much every family has its own recipe that is passed down from generation to generation. If you haven’t yet got your hands on Grandma’s old cookery book with its handwritten recipes, we have a suggestion for you: this is how to make juicy meatballs with ease!

What you need

1 lb mixed minced meat
1 roll (toast works as well)
A sip of milk
1 egg
1 onion
1 tablespoon mustard
Marjoram, salt and pepper to taste

And here’s how!

Chop the onion as small as possible (you can also grind it).

Soak the roll with a little milk, then put it in a bowl with the meat, the onion, egg and mustard.

Add marjoram, salt and pepper and mix well.

Roll the minced meat into balls with moistened hands and fry the meatballs in a pan until crispy.
