This Dessert Can Be Prepared In Less Than 10 Minutes!

In the hot season, chocolate is simply not the right thing to snack on. It should be fruity and refreshing, preferably fresh from the icebox. If you don’t want to make water ice for the umpteenth time, we have a more creative snack for you today. And the best thing about it: It can be prepared very quickly, within just ten minutes!

What you need

3,5 oz oatmeal
1,5 oz natural peanut butter
2,5 oz maple syrup

To taste:
Fresh yogurt
Strawberries
Mango
Kiwi
Blueberries
Pomegranate

And here’s how

For the granola base: mix the rolled oats, the peanut butter and the maple syrup well and set aside.

For the topping: chop the strawberries, mango and kiwi into small pieces and set aside as well.

Line a muffin tin with muffin cups and fill each muffin tin with about 1-2 tablespoons of the granola.

Spoon 3 to 4 heaping tablespoons of the yogurt into each cup.

Then spread the fruit on top of the yogurt and place the cups in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
