Without Baking: You Will Love This Mars Cake!

When you were a kid, did you also try to “combine” favorite snacks by just taking a bite of each and chewing it all together? Of course, that never really worked out too well…. One of the greatest things about being an adult, though, is that you can fulfill your childhood dreams! So today, we’ re going to show you how to perfectly combine Mars Bars and Oreos in the form of a cheesecake, no baking required! Let’s go…

What you need

7 oz Oreos (1 box)
3 oz butter
1 lb cream cheese
4,5 oz cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 oz caster sugar
6 Mars bars

And here’s how!

Line a springform pan with baking paper and grease the sides.

Chop two Mars bars as finely as possible with a knife.

Now crush the Oreo cookies into crumbs. Melt the butter in a saucepan and and stir in the cookie crumbs.

Pour the cookie mixture into the prepared pan and pull the surface smooth.

Combine cream cheese, cream, caster sugar and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.

Cut four more Mars bars into small pieces and melt carefully in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add the melted Mars bars to the cream cheese mixture and stir to combine.

Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cookie base and top with the remaining Mars bars.

Place in the refrigerator to set.
