Juicy Ribs: The Ultimate Taste Sensation In Just 45 Minutes!

Ribs can be a juicy delicacy – if you don’t mess up and end up chowing down on a chunk of bone with tough meat instead. If you’ve got your sights set on more than throwing a few sausages on the grill for your next backyard party, here’s how to make juicy ribs with confidence!

This is what you need

2 lb of ribs, e.g. from pork loin
5 cups apple juice
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon seasoning salt
2 tablespoons BBQ Dry Rub
2/3 cup sweet BBQ sauce

And here’s how!

Pat the rib dry with a paper towel and rub both sides with the dry ingredients.

Combine the apple juice, vinegar and 1/3 cup BBQ sauce in a pressure cooker.

Place the ribs in the pot with the bone side facing the center. The ribs should be partially submerged. Cook on high pressure for 25 minutes, then allow pressure to normalize for 10 minutes before manually releasing any remaining pressure.

Using two tongs, carefully place the ribs, meat side up, on a wire-lined rimmed baking sheet. Brush the top and sides with the remaining BBQ sauce.

Then grill at about 450 degrees for 5 minutes.
