Sweet Temptation: Caramel Popcorn

Popcorn is an absolute must for every movie night. And quite rightly so: nothing creates more cinema atmosphere more or less off the cuff than the snack classic. But why shouldn’t it be possible to make something good even better? Anyone who denies that wasn’t around in the 90s when pizza with a stuffed crust was invented… In this respect, what we present to you today is a stage in the evolution of popcorn. Sweet popcorn, of course (because who, pray tell, likes salty popcorn?).

Here’s how to easily make caramel-flavoured popcorn!

What you need

14 oz butter
4 oz popcorn corn
1 packet of caramel sweets
1 egg

Here’s how!

Melt the butter in a pan, then add the caramels; place the raw egg in the middle.

Bring the mixture to a simmer, then pour in the popcorn corn.

Simmer, stirring occasionally, until the corn has popped completely.

Now remove the egg and serve the popcorn.
